WL App
WL App is Loyal Guru's customer-facing loyalty experience. It can be delivered as a complete white-label mobile app, embedded into an existing hybrid app through the SDK, or embedded into a web/e-commerce experience.
For retailers, WL App turns Loyal Guru's loyalty engine into a branded digital experience where Customers can register, identify themselves, view points and vouchers, redeem Rewards, play Games, follow Challenges, and manage their profile.

Commercial Models
Loyal Guru delivers the same loyalty feature set across three commercial models. The model is chosen based on the retailer's existing technology stack; the Customer-facing capabilities remain consistent.

Standalone web/PWA deployment is an operational integration option when the retailer wants a browser-first loyalty experience managed by Loyal Guru.
Authentication: by default the retailer owns Customer login and passes a JWT to the SDK. Loyal Guru can act as IAM only for approved very small Full WL App clients (app channel). See Customer authentication (IAM).
