Stackability & Priority

Points campaigns use the same stackability system as Discount campaigns. The two levers are identical:

  • Campaign categories — define which groups of campaigns are evaluated together and in what order. Categories with a lower priority number run first. Managed in Loyalty and Promotional engine → Points & Wallet → tab: Campaign categories.
  • Stackability type — within a category, each campaign is either Highest Discount (only the best-value campaign wins) or Stackable (campaigns accumulate in priority order).

Between categories, results always combine. Within a category, it depends on the type: Highest Discount campaigns compete, Stackable campaigns accumulate.

For the full model — including how the ranking is computed, how effect limits affect the winner, worked examples, and the SKU vs line item company setting — see Stackability & Priority (Discounts).

Note for Points campaigns: Custom Event, Trigger, and Direct Assignment events only support Stackable — Highest Discount is not available for these event types.
