Create a Game
| Option | Description |
|---|---|
| Prize pool | Define a diverse set of prizes: discounts, points, free products, experiences, or no-win outcomes. |
| Win probability | Assign exact odds per prize. Example: 5% cinema ticket, 20% bonus points, 75% no win. |
| Stock limits | Cap the total times a specific prize can be won to protect promotional budget. |
| Play limits | Control view/play frequency per customer: once per day, per campaign, or unlimited. |
| Integration | Games are rendered in the brand app or website via API with full Look & Feel customization. |
| Eligibility path | Games can be made available through customer conditions, purchase/event triggers, challenge completion, or Targeted Delivery. |
How It Worksβ
- You create a game (Scratch & Win or Spin the Wheel) with a set of prize outcomes, each with a probability weight.
- You configure who can see and play it: customer conditions, Targeted Delivery, purchase/event triggers, or challenge completion.
- The customer receives access to a play when the eligibility path matches.
- When the customer plays, the platform evaluates the probability pool and returns the outcome.
- The prize is awarded immediately only when the outcome is a winning prize.
Choosing the Eligibility Pathβ
| Path | Best for | Important behavior |
|---|---|---|
| Customer conditions | Always-on access based on a Customer attribute, tier, loyalty anniversary, or external segment stored as an attribute | The game remains available while the Customer matches the condition. No repeated send is needed to refresh the attribute. |
| Targeted Delivery | One-off or scheduled campaign delivery to an Audience | The send creates an assignment snapshot. To keep refreshing eligibility, schedule or repeat the Targeted Delivery. |
| Audience / segment filters | Purchase history, campaign behavior, coupon redemption, or complex segmentation | Build the Audience from historical behavior and use it in the delivery or eligibility setup. |
If a company already maintains external customer segments, ingest those segments as Customer attributes whenever possible. Then use those attributes in the game's customer conditions instead of manually resending the game.
Play conditions and limits control visibility and play entitlement. They do not decide whether the Customer wins the reward. The reward outcome comes from the prize pool, win probabilities, and prize stock limits.
