Store Catalog

The Store Catalog is the master list of all physical and digital store locations in Loyal Guru. It powers store-level targeting in campaigns, audience conditions, and performance reporting. Every purchase sent via the Streaming API includes a store_id that maps to an entry in this catalog.

What You Can Do

CapabilityBenefit
Create and manage store locations with addresses and contact detailsEnables accurate store-level campaign targeting and reporting
Assign stores to categories and taxonomiesUnlocks store-category conditions in the audience builder and campaign delivery
Mark stores as active or inactiveEnsures campaign delivery excludes closed or inactive locations

How It Works

  1. Store locations are loaded during onboarding from your store master data.
  2. Each store has attributes (region, format, franchise) that are used as targeting conditions in campaigns and audiences.
  3. When a cart event is sent via the Streaming API, it includes a store_id that maps to this catalog entry.
  4. Campaign reports and audience counts automatically filter by the store's attributes.
