Product Catalog

The Product Catalog is the master list of all products, categories, and taxonomies in Loyal Guru. It is the reference layer for all product-level conditions in discounts, points campaigns, challenges, and audience filters. Keeping it accurate ensures every campaign targets the right SKUs and categories.

How It Works

  1. The product catalog is seeded during onboarding from your POS or e-commerce product feed.
  2. New products sync automatically as they are added to your source system via the Streaming API ingestion pipeline.
  3. The platform maps products to categories and taxonomies defined in your company data structure.
  4. Any active discount or points campaign referencing a category automatically applies to all products in that category.
