Details
The Details tab covers the core identity and program parameters of your company.
Go to Configuration → Company → Details in Owner.
Company Information

Currencies
Define which currencies the company accepts. Each active currency enables:
- Points campaigns scoped to that currency
- Score exchange (cashback) configuration for that currency
- Multicurrency conversion when customers buy in a non-registration currency

A currency must be active here before you can configure a Score Exchange or run points campaigns scoped to it.
Countries
Define which countries are active for the loyalty program. Country configuration controls:
- Which store locations are eligible for loyalty evaluation
- Registration country filtering in audience conditions
- Multicurrency conversion routing

Languages
Configure which languages the platform and customer-facing interfaces support.

Accrual Mode
Set at company level during onboarding — controls how loyalty balance is stored and displayed across all modules.

Accrual mode is a foundational setting. Changing it after the program is live requires a data migration. Contact your Customer Success Manager before modifying.
