Connect Your agents
Connect Your agents is how the Company’s own AI — Cursor, Claude, an internal assistant, or another MCP-capable tool — works with Loyal Guru under the same Company context as Owner.
It uses the Loyal Guru MCP Server (Model Context Protocol). It is part of the Agentic layer, but it is not the Owner header chat. Purpose-built and custom agents live in Owner. Connect Your agents is for external AI tools connecting as an integration.
POS, e-commerce, and cart evaluation stay on the Streaming API. Use Connect Your agents when you want an external agent to work on loyalty and promotions — not to price a cart at the till.
What you can do
Think in entities, not endpoints. The MCP Server exposes Company-scoped loyalty and promo objects an external agent can work with. Exact tool names and API paths are provided when access is granted — this page stays at entity level.

Coverage depends on what Loyal Guru has enabled for the Company. The list above is the product shape of Connect Your agents — not a contract that every entity is writable, and not a Streaming API reference.
A person stays in the loop for anything that goes live. The MCP Server does not send personalized coupons to shoppers. That product is AI 1-to-1 Delivery.
Loyal Guru remains the source of truth for eligibility and campaign rules. Connected agents use the same Company governance as the rest of the platform.
Access
Connect Your agents is not enabled from a self-serve toggle in Owner.
Contact your CSM to use it. They confirm the Company is in scope, enable access, and share how to connect your AI tool.
Do not treat this page as a technical contract. Connection details are provided when access is granted.

Configuration
- Ask your CSM to enable the MCP Server for the Company.
- Connect your MCP-capable AI tool with the credentials and endpoint they provide.
