Agentic layer
The Agentic layer is Loyal Guru’s generative AI layer for loyalty and promotions. It turns complex day-to-day work into natural-language commands so teams spend less time on production and control, and more time on decisions that move sales, redemption, and ROI.
On the public product site this capability is presented as AI Loyalty Operations: GenAI built in for frictionless loyalty operations — campaign prompting, natural-language interaction with the program, and scaled creative generation without the usual creative overhead.
It is grounded in the Company’s campaigns, members, redemptions, and operations — not a generic retail model. It is not the shopper journey, and it does not send personalized coupons. That product is AI 1-to-1 Delivery.

MCP Server so the Company’s own AI tools can read and act on loyalty and promo logic under the same governance. Contact your CSM — not a self-serve Owner screen.
Where it lives in Owner
Purpose-built and custom agents run in the AI chat panel in the Owner header (not a left-menu module). You chat only when an agent’s status is Active. Create, edit, and delete for custom agents follow permissions on the Agents entity.
